Vendor Opportunities

Non-Profit Vendor

$25

Non-profit vendors have the opportunity to share their message, dispense information, and raise donations. Tables, chairs and tents are not provided but are highly recommended. The registration fee for Non-profit Vendors is $25.

Merchandise Vendor

$35

Merchandise vendors have the opportunity to sell non-edible products, services to festival attendees. Tables, chairs and tents are not provided but are highly recommended. The registration fee for Merchandise Vendors is $35.

Specialty Food Vendor

$75

Specialty Vendors can sell one type of food product such as desserts, nonalcoholic drinks (coffee, teas or lemonade), candy, pretzels, etc. If you are providing food that is typically considered a meal, then you must register as a Food Truck Vendor and submit a Temporary Food Permit. The registration fee for Specialty Food Vendors is $75.

Food Truck Vendor

$175

Food Vendors can sell food and alcohol. Food vendors have the opportunity to offer complete meals from food trucks. The registration fee for Food Truck Vendors is $175. Food truck vendors must submit a Temporary Food Permit and pay a $25 Carroll County Temporary Food Permit Fee.

Registration deadline for Merchandise Vendors is June 1, 2024. Registration deadline for Food Vendors is May 1, 2024. Food Truck Vendors must submit a Temporary Food Permit to office no later than June 1, 2024. Please mail all paperwork to: SOIAOI, P.O. Box 271, Manchester, MD 21102. You can download the Temporary Food Permit here. Registration fees are non-refundable.
